发展与规范并举,促进我省民办高等教育发展

Laying equal stress on both development and standardization and accelerating the development of citizen-managed higher education

积极鼓励和支持社会力量以多种形式办学,形成以政府办学为主体、公办学校与民办学校共同发展的格局,是我国发展教育的战略目标。从福建民办高等教育发展的现状和存在的问题,说明民办高等教育事业面临着规范与发展的双重任务。遵循发展原则,构筑民办高校生存和发展的良好的环境,深化民办高校内部管理体制改革,提高民办教育质量,是促进民办高等教育发展的当务之急。

It is the strategic target of our national education development to encourage and support nongovernmental sectors to run schools in different ways, to form the structure with the principal part of schools which is run by government, public schools and citizenmanaged schools. The current situation and the problems during the development of citizenmanaged higher education make them face the double task of standardization and development. It is an urgent task to comply with the principle of development, create a nice environment for the existence and development, deepen the reform of the administration and to improve the quality of citizenmanaged higher education.
