摘要
山东人才资源发展受思想观念、教育科研基础、资本投入、人才政策、地理与人文环境等因素影响。结合山东省情和人才发展的自身规律,分析人才资源发展的五种模式特点,确立了山东人才发展对策的重点是加快研究生层次教育发展和加大高校科研经费投入。
The development of Shandong talents resource is infulenced by ideology , education bases, vested capital, brain policy, geographical position and humane environment etc. Combined the characteristics of talents developmentwith the situations of Shandong , the characteristics of five modes talents development are analyzed .To quicken the development of postgraduate education and increase the funds for R&D of high-school are the key measures to quicken the development of shandong talents resource.
