全面建设小康社会和实现共同富裕,都是我国社会主义现代化发展战略的重要目标和具体任务。全面建设小康社会是实现共同富裕的必要准备,实现共同富裕是全面建设小康社会的必然结果,二者相互衔接、相互对应,统一于社会主义现代化的具体实践中。与小康社会一样,共同富裕也是社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明协调发展的产物。实现这两个目标的关键都在于坚持以经济建设为中心,把发展作为第一要务,不断促进我国社会的全面进步。
