摘要
从价值链理论和知识管理理论角度讨论了改进供应链分销阶段过程绩效水平的方法。利用作业成本法和基于作业管理的思想把分销阶段层层分解,采用标杆学习方法,通过消除非增值过程、改进低效过程、创造新的增值过程、重视顾客心理、最大化顾客让渡价值,改进分销阶段的过程绩效水平,并且这种改进过程是持续进行的。在此基础上提出了"精益分销"的概念,以适应当今需求日益个性化的发展趋势。
How to improve the performance of supply chain at distribution stage is discussed from the point of view of value chain and knowledge management. In view of the idea from activitybased costing/management, the distribution stage is broken down into several levels and sublevels. Then, the benchmarking method is introduced to improve the performance at distribution stage through a series of measures to be taken, i.e., eliminating the process in which no value is added, turning the lowefficiency process to advantage, creating new valueadded process, making much of the psychology of customers and maximizing delivered value to customers. Such an improving process shall be carried out as long as possible. A concept of 'Lean Distribution' is therefore put forward to adapt to the increasingly developmental trend featured with individual demand.
