我国正处在城市化发展加速时期 ,为使城市化建设健康、持续、稳步地发展 ,必须高度重视城市化中环境安全问题 ,对影响环境安全的基本因子进行客观分析 ,通过实施城市可持续发展的科学规划 ,采取多核心城市区域模式 ,建设生态城市等有效对策 ,增强我国城市环境安全防范能力。

China is in an accelerating period of urbanization. For the sake of healthy, sustainable development of urbanization, we must focus attention at the problem on the security of surroundings in the course of urbanization, and objectively analyze the basic factors influencing the security of surroundings. Through implementing scientific and sustainable urban development plans, adopting the multi-core regional mode, and building the ecological city, the problems on the security of surroundings will be effectively settled.
