企业孵化器创新功能分析

Analysis of Innovating Function of Business Incubator

首先对国内外关于孵化器的理论研究进行了综述,指出对孵化器本质内涵理解的差异,主要是由于研究者们各自的出发点不同所导致的,并在此基础上,从技术哲学的视角对企业孵化器的概念进行了界定。对孵化器功能的已有理论研究进行了分析,将这些功能划分为一般性功能和本质功能。提出并论述了企业孵化器的本质功能就是创新功能,它包括两个方面:一是创造和培育创新主体;二是推动"在孵企业"实现技术创新。阐明了创新功能两个方面之间的关系是辩证的、统一的。

Reviewing the domestic and foreign theoretical studies on business incubator, considerable discrepancies were found among several understandings of the innate character of business incubators, because they started from different points. Based on these discrepancies, the concept of business incubator is redefined here from the view point of technological philosophy with the prevailing studies on the functions of business incubator discussed. It is recommended to divide the functions into ordinary function and essential function, and the latter is just the innovating function. Such a function will play an innovating role in two fields, i.e., starting/supporting new businesses and promoting 'hatch corporation' to implement technological innovation. The dialectic relation between them is explained.
