党的十六大提出本世纪头20年"全面建设小康社会"的奋斗目标,这是进入新世纪后的中国达到政治清明、文化繁荣、社会安宁的基础性工程。在全面建设小康社会中,反邪教斗争进入了一个新的阶段。邪教的存在是与全面建设小康社会的目标格格不入的。我们要充分认识新形势下反邪教斗争的特点,在全面建设小康社会的主旋律中夺取反邪教斗争的决定性胜利。

Constructing Well-off Society all-side', as struggling aim for Party and people in new century and new era, is an important phase in which China realize historic mission of modernization in middle of 21st century and grandly revival of Chinese people. However, the being if heresy is against the aim of Constructing Well-off Society all-side. And now, as the process of socialism modernization construction in our country and deepening of fighting against heresy organization like 'Fa-Lun-Gong', fighting against heresy is entering into a new phase and appearing some new feature. Scientifically fighting against heresy will indicate brilliant future according to the cognition and require of 'Constructing Well-off Society all-side'.
