摘要
在我国,农民是全面建设农村小康社会的主体,农民受教育程度的高低将直接决定和影响农村小康社会的建设.当前,由于农村所处社会经济发展阶段需要农民通过教育加以适应、农村人力资本的开发和利用需要通过农民教育加以实现、农民持续的增收需要通过农民教育加以保证,所以必须大力发展农民教育,以推进农村小康社会的建设.
In China, farmers are the subject of the overall construction of comparatively well - off society in countryside. The degree to which farmers are educated will greatly affect the project. Farmer education is a way for farmers to conform to the current development of social economy, a means to develop and utilize human capital in countryside, and a guarantee of the steady increase of fanners' income. Thus efforts should be made to promote farmer education so as to boost the overall construction of comparatively well - off society.
