摘要
地方高校开展学科带头人队伍建设,首先必须对学科带头人有一个准确的定位.本文从学科定位、层次定位、角色定位三个方面来阐述地方高校学科带头人的定位问题.
It is imperative that an exact definition be established to evaluate subject leaders when trying to develop a team of subject leaders in local universities. The present paper addresses this important issue from the three perspectives: subject positioning, level positioning, and role positioning involving the subject leaders in question.
