在新的形势下,高校学生工作正面临着来自时代、社会发展、高等教育自身发展和大学生发展的挑战,原有的学生工作理念、方法有许多地方都已经不能适应形势的需要.为此,我们必须树立新的理念,构建新的学生工作体系.

Under the new situation, students' work in universities is facing the challenge of times, social development, advancement of higher education and quality of students. Some of the original methods cannot meet new requirements. We should have new ideas and establish new system of students' work.
