摘要
我国高等学校体育素质教育包括多个层面和类别,诸如身体、心理、健康、社会层面,以及体育能力、智力与非智力品质、体育文化、体育审美、体育创新等类别。该内容系统既有全体性、全面性、主动牲,还有系统性与动态性,反映了“三个转变”和“三个延伸”的时代性,体现了“一个模式”、“六个构建”的继承性与创新性。
The teaching contents system for students' physical education quality in colleges and universities in China are composed of many kinds of qualities at many levels, such as the levels of body, psychology, health and society, and the kinds of physical ability, intellectual and non-intellectual character, physical cultural, physical aesthetics and blazing new trails etc. This teaching contents system not only has the characteristics of wholeness, comprehensiveness, subjectiveness, system and dynamics, but also shows the features of today's characteristics in its 'three transformations' and 'three elongations', inheritances and creative characteristics in its 'one model' and 'six constructions' .
