摘要
研究了在pH=6.0的HAc-NaAc介质中,利用铬(Ⅵ)对过氧化氢氧化邻苯二酚的催化作用,通过条件试验,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量路的新方法。方法的线性范围为:0.010~0.40 mg/L,检出限为3.2×10^(-6)g/L。该方法用于自来水和废水中铬的测定,结果较令人满意。
In this paper, a new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace chromium has been studied. The method is based on the chromium ( VI) catalyzed oxidation of pyrocatechol by hydrogen peroxide in weak acidic medium at pH6.0. The linear range of the method is 0.010 - 0.40 mg/L. The detection limit for chromium (VI) is 3.2 x 10-6g/L. The method has been applied to the determination of chromium in tap water and waste water with satisfactory results.
