Benefit Analysis of Moral Human Capital in the Enterprise

道德人力资本是影响企业效益的重要因素之一。道德人力资本或产生积极效益,或产生消极效益,具体产生什么效益得由影响道德人力资本的诸多因素决定。针对不同因素对道德人力资本产生的影响不同,采取相应的防范措施,以规避道德人力资本风险,引导其对企业产生积极效益。

Moral human capital, which might produce positive benefit as well as negative effect, is one of the important factors affecting an enterprise. What influences it will have is largely decided by the factors of moral human capital.In the light of different influence by the different factors, this paper offers some opinions on how to take effective measures to protect the positive benefit from the risk of moral human capital.
