There exist many kinds of deviation in the professional cognizance, examination and compiling of editors due to the influence of variousfactors of society and of editors themselves. The deviation affects not only the effective operation of editing work but also the development and improvement of editors themselves. To recover the deviation,it is necessary for the editors to love and respect their work,set up the spirit of innovation,cultivate the consciousness of scholarly editors,and establish the sense of objectivity,equality,quality dominance,etc.
