论我国上市公司收购法律制度的完善

On the Perfection of Legal systems concerning the Purchase of listed Companies

我国虽有多个法律部门对上市公司收购进行调整 ,但立法还是有一定缺陷。通过借鉴其它国家和地区的先进制度并结合我国上市公司收购的特点 ,对完善我国上市公司收购法律制度作出积极的思考。

The existing law departments concerning the purchase of listed companies, to some extents, have their defects in law-making. By introducing the advanced legal systems of other countries and regions in this regard, and analyzing the specific situations in our country, this paper wants to shed light on how to perfect the legal systems concerning the purchase of listed companies.
