执政为民 ,从根本上讲就是要求我们党的一切工作必须坚持把人民的根本利益作为出发点和归宿 ,以最广大人民群众的支持拥护为最高标准。坚持执政为民 ,就必须在社会不断发展进步的基础上 ,使人民群众不断获得切实的经济、政治、文化利益。真正作到了执政为民 ,也就实现了“三个代表”

Essentially speaking,governing the country for the people is to ask our party to insist on the fundamental interests of the overwh elming majority of the people as the starting point and destination,and to take the support of the overwhelming majority of the people as the highest norm.In o rder to govern the country for the people,our party must help the people constan tly gain realistic interests of economy,politics and culture on the basis of soc ial development and progress.If really governing the country for the people,our party will realize the highest value of the “Three Represents”.
