Enlarging Basic Approach for Farmers to Attend Political Activities in Order

扩大公民有序政治参与是 2 1世纪初叶中国政治发展面临的重大课题。依据农村政治经济文化条件 ,在“三个代表”重要思想指引下 ,通过继续完善村民自治 ,培育高素质的参与主体 ,扩展参与的渠道 ,贯彻落实依法治国方略 ,整体性的扩大农民有序政治参与 ,最大限度地减少非制度参与 ,是建设中国特色社会主义政治文明的内在要求和发展趋势。

Enlarging citizens attending political activitie s in order is an important project for Chinas political development in the 21s t century.According to political,ceconomic and cultural condition in rural area and under the guidance of the important thougth of “the Three Represents”,thro ugh improving self-government of rural people,fostering attending entity with h igh quality,opening attending approach and implementing the strategy of governi ng the country by the rule of law,the inner requirement and developing trend of socialist political civilization with the Chinese characteristics is to enlarge attending political activities for the whole rural people in rural area in order and maximumly decrease non-system attendance.
