企业实现准时化物流的对策研究

A Study on the Countermeasures to Realize the JIT-Logistics for Enterprises

首先,提出了准时化物流概念,并叙述了准时化物流的特征。其次,对准时化物流的实现条件给予说明,然后针对这些条件从企业内部和外部两方面阐明了其实现对策。最后,对准时化物流的实施风险提出了一些建议。

From an introduction of JIT, this paper proposes the concept of and elaborates its nature as well as the requirements of its realization. Particularly it expounds the possible measures to its realization from the internal and external perspectives of the enterprises. Finally, some proposals are made for the risk in the conduct of JIT-Logistics. The goal of the paper is to study those countermeasures as to explain the importance of JIT-Logistics. Besides, the publicity of JIT-Logistics is supposed to benefit the improvement of social efficiency.
