美国政府历来非常重视文化价值观在国际关系中的作用,“文化输出”逐渐成为其对外战略的重要组成部分。本文从文化渊源、历史实践、理论和物质基础以及现实选择几个方面分析了美国“文化输出”战略形成的原因,主要内容,它在国际关系中的影响以及这一战略的实质。

American government has been attaching great importance to the role that cultural values play in international relationships and Culture Exportation has gradually become one of the important parts of American diplomatic strategy. This article analyses the causes of the formation of Culture Exportation from several aspects such as cultural sources, historical practice, theoretical and material basis and practical option, explicates its main content and points out its influence in international relationships as well as the essence of the strategy so as to have deeper understanding on the problem.
