对我国律师职业道德建设的思考

On the construction of lawyers' professional ethics in our country

当前我国律师职业道德中存在人格缺失、缺乏职业良心等问题,其根源既有律师自身的主观原因,又有社会法律环境等客观原因。对此应当通过强化自律机制、培养良好的道德品质,强化他律机制、优化律师执业的外部环境来加以根治,以提高律师职业道德水平。

There are the main problems existing in the lawyers' professional ethics in our country and the sources of the problems.Some countermeasures are put forward to improve the lawyers professional ethics.One countermeasure is to cultivate good moral character through strengthening selfrestrain mechanism; the other one is purify the outer environment of the lawyers working condition through strengthening otherresfrain mechanism.
