摘要
为了有效地实施民事诉讼监督,维护司法公正。应加强检察监督机制、规范权力机关的司法监督、注重社会舆论和大众传媒的监督,从而确立、健全和完善民事诉讼的外部监督机制。
To perform the supervision of civil lawsuit in an effective way and maintain the judicature justice, procuratorial supervision mechanism should be intensified, judicature supervision of the power organ should be normalized and supervision of the public opinion and public media should be reinforced. As a result, the exterior supervision mechanism of civil lawsuit will be established and perfected.
