The Essentials of the ' Three Represents Thoughts ' expounds systematically, accurately and scientifically the 'Three represents'. Colleges and universities should study its significance and understand its essence in order to take advantage of their own ability and promote the carrying out of 'Three Represents' , and with the guide of the Essentials , they can further the reform and develepment.
