This article concludes the experience of moral education in colleges and universities since 1990s and puts forward that moral education should meet the needs of 'Three Represents' and overally and tactically establish the principles in face of the problems in cultivating the talents: 1. center on human; 2. develop quality education; 3 . develop humanist education;4.develop personality.
