摘要
团体辅导作为一种心理咨询与培训形式,为情商教育提供了途径和方法。同时,情商教育为团体辅导提供了理论指导,二者联系密切。本文结合团体辅导的理论,从情商的五个方面阐述了二者之间的关系。
Group consultation, being a kind of psychological consultation and training form, provides effective methods for Emotion Quotient Education,which,in turn,offers the theoretical guide for group consultation.They are closely related . This pater, based on the analysis of group consultation theory, discusses the relationship between the two in five aspects of emotional quotient.
