摘要
本文在回顾了我国物业管理运营历史的基础上,分析了我国物业管理发展的不同阶段及其特征,针对现阶段物业管理运营现状、局限性和发展趋势,提出了基于可持续发展理论的物业管理运营模式。
The essay looks back the revolving history of Chinese house - property management by analyzing its different development stages and characteristics, and aims at the current conditions and limitation of house - property management at present stage. It also offers the developing trends of Chinese property management in new century and its revolving modes about the development of property management.
