科学的诞生及其发展受文化基因的决定性影响,因此科学是一种文化过程,具有浓厚的文化色彩。中国科学家至今未获诺贝尔自然科学奖的真正原因是中西方之间在文化基因方面存在巨大差异。此外,大多数中国人对科学的有关问题存在着很大误解。中国要想在科学方面赶上西方世界首先就必须转变传统的思维方式和思想观念。

The real cause why Chinese scientists have not won any Nobel Prizes in science up to now is the great difference in culture genes between China and the West. Moreover, most Chinese people misunderstand the problems related to science.
