我国私营经济产生于20世纪80年代初,私营经济是从个体经济发展演变来的。杜会主义市场经济是私营经济产生和发展的根本原因。私营经济经历了产生、隐形发展和合法发展三个阶段。90年代以来私营经济得到快速发展,私营经济的发展趋势将是股份制。私营经济的性质严格意义上说是国家资本主义经济。私营经济的存在和发展有利有弊,总的来说利大于弊,它符合邓小平说的“三个有利于”。私营企业主是中国特色社会主义事业的建设者。

Even though there are advantages and disadvantages existed in the proceeding of the development, but the advantages occupied the most and meet the 'Three Favorables' thoughts of Mr. Deng xiaoping, so the owners of privately-run enterprises are belong to the constructors in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
