摘要
服务业中小企业要做大做强,提高竞争实力,连锁经营是一种行之有效的经营模式。企业应该针对连锁经营的特点,明确应该从哪些方面连,怎么锁才能锁得住、锁得紧,正确选择经营策略,强化管理,保持和提高自己的核心竞争能力。
To become larger and stronger and get more competitive advantages, the chaining operation is an effective operation model for the small and medium firms in the service industry. The firms should recognize the characteristics of the chaining operation, and then keep and promote their core competence by selecting correct operation strategy and optimizing management.
