摘要
就中国高等教育的发展而言,《民办教育促进法》的出台是一个重要事件。一方面,《民办教育促进法》为民办高等教育的发展提供了法律保障;另一方面,《民办教育促进法》也在某种程度上为公立高等教育的改革提供了动力、指明了方向。
Based on the development of China higher education, the unveil fresh policy of 'The Law of Promoting private Education' is an important event because, on one hand, it has provided legal protections for the development of private higher education;on the other hand it in a sense supplies a powerful support for the reform going in the China public higher education and orients the way for the further development.
