本文将发展经济学理论范畴内的"可持续发展观"与我国新时期的经济发展实践相结合,通过分析可持续发展与经济增长质量间的内在关系,以及从经济增长、相互协调、以人为本等三个方面剖析可持续发展框架下的中国特色发展理念,来理解和阐述可持续发展观的理论内涵及其对我国新时期经济发展建设的启示和指导意义。

This paper makes efforts in giving an explanation for the sustainable development notion and understanding this notions application and revelation at this new historical stage in China. At first, the paper analyzes the relationship between the sustainable development and the quality of the economic growth in China. The second, it studies the development principles with Chinas character in the framework of sustainable development notion, from the aspects of economic growth; coordination; and human first.
