三方原则是国际劳工组织的各种会议、各个机构的根本原则,也是我国劳动法的重要原则之一。它明确了在劳动者劳动权益保障体系中政府、用人单位、劳动者三者的职责与权限,从而对劳动者权益的保护提供了指南。三方原则在我国劳动立法中得到了切实体现。

The doctrine of three parties is the fundamental doctrine of all of the conventions and agencies of ILO.It is also one of the important doctrines of labour legislation in China.It makes the responsibilities and powers of the government,the employing units and labourers in the system for protecting the rights and interests of labourers clearly.In addition,the doctrine provides guidelines for protecting the rights and interests of the labourers.The doctrine of three parties has been embodied in China's labour legislation.\;
