A Study on Disputes Arising from the Development of Intermediary Organization of Intelltual Property

知识产权中介机构在市场经济的高效运作中,起着不可缺少的重要作用,构成了市场经济基本框架中的有机组成部分。剖析我国知识产权中介机构发展现状和存在的问题,从政府改革和中介机构职能转换角度,提出在新形势下我国构筑知识产权中介机构多级管理体制的对策与思考,从而在政府与社会、政府与企业之间建立起一种规范的规制关系,促进我国科技经济的发展。

With the advent of the era of technology economy, the intermediary organization of intellectual property has been playing an indispensable role in the efficient operation of market economy, and has become an organic part in the framework of market economy. Focusing on the need for intermediary organization of intellectual property under the background of developed science and renovated modern technology, the thesis analyzes the existing problems as well as the status quo of the intermediary organizations of intellectual property in China. It presents a countermeasure thinking of building up a multi-tier management system to cope with the new situation from the point of view of government reform and functional transformation of intermediary organizations. The target is to set up a standard regulatory relationship between government and society and between government and businesses, which will ultimately promote further development of scientific economy in China.
