摘要
现代管理的中心任务是运用激励理论,最大限度地调动人的积极性。当前高校内部管理各项制度改革中,人们普遍关注校内津贴分配改革。搞活高校内部津贴分配改革,必须以满足教职工的需要为出发点和归宿,把握“激励”和“保健”两个基本维度,提高校内人员的期望水平,并在实施过程中体现公平合理的基本原则。
The central task of modern management is to motivate people to a maximum limit by motivation theory. At present, of all the reforms of colleges or universities' internal system management, the one that people are concerned about is the reform of internal subsidy distribution. To invigorate the reform of colleges or universities' internal subsidy distribution, we need to satisfy teaching and administrative staff's needs as the starting point and destination,to grasp two basic dimensions:“motivators' and “hygiene factors',to raise the expectancy level of the staff, and to reflect the basic principle of being fair and reasonable when the reform is carried out.
