On Carrying Forward the Spirit of the Patriotism after China's Entering into WTO

经济全球化与爱国主义是并行不悖的,中华民族爱国主义传统的历史发展表明,爱国主义是在开放、碰撞中获得理性化的。在中国入世的条件下及其融入世界一体化的过程中,我们所关注的不是要不要爱国主义的问题,而是弘扬什么样的爱国主义和如何弘扬的问题。

The economic globalization runs parallel with patriotism. The historical development of the patriotism tradition of Chinese nation indicates, that the patriotism obtains reason constantly in the opening up and in colliding. Under the terms of China's entry into WTO and in the process of China's incorporating into the world's integrating course, the problem is not whether or not should we carry forward the patriotism, but is what kind of patriotism should we carry forward and how to carry forward it.
