摘要
在风险投资中,由于其具有垄断性、外部性、信息不对称性以及不确定性等因素,因而存在着市场失灵现象。为了纠正市场失灵现象,提高风险投资运作的效率,我们要加强对风险投资的协调和监管,对风险投资业提供金融扶持,加强风险投资业的法律制度建设。
In venture investment, because of monopoly, externality, indetermination and asymmetry of the information, there exits market malfunction. In order to enhance the efficiency of venture capital performance and to rectify market malfunction, we should strengthen the coordination and supervision on venture capital, supply financial support to venture capital enterprises, and strengthen legal protection on venture capital industries.
