On Cultural Force

文化作为一个传统概念,长期以来被囿于纯意识形态层面来认识和理解。随着社会的发展,尤其当今经济的全球化,文化对经济基础和社会物质生活的反作用更加明显地表现出来。它与经济的一体化趋势逐渐演变成一种促进经济发展的生产力。国际竞争很大程度上是文化力的竞争,综合国力的增强需要有文化力的支撑。因此,探讨文化力具有非常重要的意义和价值。

Culture,a traditional concept,has long been understood in the field of pure ideology.With the development of society,especially with the globalization of world economy,culture is in certain space pounding the traditional dualism that the economic base decides the superstructure, displaying its peculiar function and strength.The integration between culture and economy becomes a kind of productive force which enhances the economic development.The international competition is mainly the competition of cultural force,and the increase in comprehensive national power depending on cultural force.In a word,the study of cutural force is of great significance and value.This paper discusses the concept of cultural force,the theoretical basis of the study of cultual force and the realistic expression of cultural force.
