On Several Problems in the Present Construction of Political Civilization and Their Countermeasures

社会主义政治文明的核心是民主政治。政治行为的非文明化是当前我国政治文明建设中存在的主要问题。其主要表现在党政官员的经济腐败、法治工具的司法腐败和官场的运作方式腐败三个方面。我们必须在坚持党的领导下,从发展党内民主、依法治国和以德治国三个方面来促进我国政治文明建设。

The core of Construction of socialist political civilization is democratic politics. The main problem we are confronted with is the noncivilization of political conduct, which is displayed in three aspects: the economic corruption of the officials in the Party and the government, the iudicial corruption in ruling by law and the corruption of operation mode in the officals circles. We shall promote the construction of the political civilization by developing the democracy in the Party, ruling the country according to law and ruling the conntry by morality under the leadership of the Party.
