中亚地区的稳定及对我国西北地区经济发展的影响

The Stability of Central Asia and Its Influence on Economic Development in Northwest China

目前,中亚地区存在着许多不稳定的因素,主要有两种:一种是直接的、现实的因素,即民族分裂主义、伊斯兰极端主义和恐怖主义"三股势力";另一种是潜在的因素,包括跨国犯罪、生态环境危机和外部势力的干预等。其中前者对中亚地区的稳定造成了严重的威胁。中亚对我国西北地区来说具有很大的相关度,主要表现在对西部大开发背景下的西北地区经济发展的影响。

Nowadays,there exist many threats which effect the stability of the Central Asia,among them two major ones are essential:one is the direct and real threat,including nationsplittism,Islamic extremism,and terrorism;the other is potential,including international outlaws,environment crises and great powers interference.And above all,the direct and real threat is most harmful to the Central Asias stability.Central Asia has a very important effect on the Northwest China,especially on the economy of this area of China against a backgrourd of developing western China.
