网络信息传播的即时性强、传播面广的优势,给读者群有限、出版周期相对较长的校报的生存和发展提出了新的课题和挑战。校报如何在高校诸多信息媒体中找到自己独一无二的位置,与其他媒体优势互补,发挥舆论导向、思想教育和新闻传播的作用,是一个值得探讨的问题。本文从整合高校信息媒体资源,达到优化配置目的的角度出发,探讨校报通过发挥自己的优势,强化信息传递、学习指导、知识介绍和服务师生等多项功能的途径。

The rapid and instantaneous and wide communication of network information presents new topics and challenges to the campus newspaper, which has only a restricted number of readers, and a relatively longer publication period. How should the campus newspaper find its own place among the many media and how should it give full play to its own advantages and serve the functions of directing the public opinion, educating university students ideologically and communicating news in time? This is a question worth discussing. This essay, from the perspective of integrating the information media resources of institutions of higher learning in China so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing them, aims to explore the many functions of campus newspapers so that it can serve the students and teachers better as a means of strengthening information transmission, guiding teaching and learning, and introducing knowledge.
