摘要
随着我国证券市场向深层发展,证券犯罪逐渐成为影响证券市场发展的突出问题。从理论与实践结合的角度,运用刑法犯罪学理论和方法,从界定证券犯罪概念入手,分析了我国证券犯罪的特征和证券犯罪类型,并针对我国当前证券犯罪的特点,提出了治理对策。
With the development of our country's security market, securities crimes has become a serious problem influencing the development of the security market. From the aspect of combining theory with practice, by means of the theory and method of criminology and proceeding with explicating some concepts of securities crimes, this article analyses the feature and the types of the securities crimes and puts forward countermeasures according to the peculiarity or the securities crimes in China today.
