摘要
科学技术(简称科技)发展中的价值观取向问题是理论研究的基本问题。尤其是从上世纪中叶开始,人们对这一问题给予了更多的关注。从总体分析了价值观对科技活动及科技成果传播(应用)的影响,考察了市场经济所蕴涵的价值观对科技活动及科技成果传播(应用)所造成的负面影响,力求揭示建立新的价值观对促进当代科技健康发展的重要性和必要性,从时间、空间和系统3个角度提出了建立新的价值观取向:未来意识、全球意识和全面发展意识。
This paper analyses the Values' influence on the activities and the application of the products of science and technology.Then it specifically surveys the negative effects of the values of market economy on the activities and application of the products of science and technology so as to elucidate the importance of establishing new values to accelerate the healthy development of science and technology.Finally,from different angles concerning time,space and system,it proposes the principles of establishing the new values that should be abided by:the future consciousness,the globalization consciousness and the allround development consciousness.
