摘要
我国家族企业在经历了改革开放20多年的发展之后,经过了从无到有、由小到大的发展历程,目前正面临着来自制度、产权、管理等多方面的挑战。文章从实证经济学的角度,分析了家族企业面临的问题,提出了一些具体建议。
After their development in more than 20 year's implementing of China's open and reform policy,Chinese family enterprises have accomplished the transformation from bareness to existence,and from small size to large one.At present, they are in the crucial moment,facing the challenges from many aspects,such as system,property right,management and etc.The paper analyzes the problems the family face from the perspective of positivism economics and standard economics,and proposes specific suggestions through model analysis in managerial aspect.
