摘要
管理变革是推进合并高校实质性融合的必然要求。合并高校必须要转变观念,从常规型管理向创新型管理转变,从有形资源管理向无形资源管理转变,从直线参谋型结构向事业部型结构转变,从单一文化管理向跨文化管理转变,只有在管理组织机构、管理制度、管理模式、管理方法和技术方面大胆创新,才能在实质性融合中发挥人才培养、学科建设、科技创新的整合优势。
Change of management is indispensable for the substantive mergence of universities and colleges.Merged universities should change their thoughts and concepts,tranforming from usual management to innovative management,from tangible resource management to intagible resource management,from linear advice-giving structure to cause structure,from single culture to multiple culture.Merged universities and colleges should be bold in innovation of management organization,system,mode,method and technology,Only in this way can the mergence advantages of talent training,discipline construction and scientific and technological innovation be exerted in the substantive mergence.
