文化概念包容性很强,对它的解释只具有相对性。文化的实质在于人类使用自然资源、超越客观界限、克服物种限制的自由创造。文化现象存在于人类生活的所有领域,是多层次、多侧面的复合整体。从不同的角度出发,多个方面地解剖文化的结构,有助于我们在文化理论教学和文化研究过程中明确方向、把握内容。

Culture is an allembracing concept, so a definition for it will have to be fairly broad. The essence of culture lies in mankinds unrestricted creation while utilizing natural resources, transcending limits in the physical world and overcoming the limitations of species. Cultural phenomena exist in every area of human life, forming a complex whole with many levels and facets. Every aspect of the structure of culture can be examined and analyzed from different perspectives. This understanding will enable us to find the right direction and handle the right matter in teaching the theory of culture and conducting research on culture.
