制度创新:西部民族地区全面建设小康社会的有效途径

Bringing forth New Ideas to the System: An Effective Way to Build a Well-off Society in An All-round Way in the West of China

本文根据西部民族地区经济发展现状,用制度经济学原理分析了西部民族地区与小康社会的差距及其原因,提出制度创新是西部民族地区经济发展的重要动力。笔者进一步综合现有学术观点,重点探讨了西部民族地区全面建设小康社会制度改革的有效途径。

This paper makes an analysis of the gap between the ethnic areas in the west of China and the welloff society and the reasons for it. It is pointed out that bringing forth new ideas to the system is an important motive force of economic development of these areas. This paper further examines the effective ways to build a welloff society in an allround way in west of China.
