Study on Policy of Assisting the Urban Women's Re-employment——Investigation on Policy of Assisting Women's Re-employment in Kunming

在我国经济体制变革的过程中,由于国家就业政策的改变,就业中的性别歧视现象日益严重,导致了女性就业困难、失业人数增多的现实。本文通过实证研究,揭示了城镇女性失业的状况、再就业中面临的诸多困难,在此基础上,提出了解决问题的对策,以为政府制定适合女性特点的就业政策提供参考。

In the course of the reform of the economic system, there exists the harsh reality which women's employment becomes very difficult and the number of the unemployed has increased since national employment policies changed and the phenomenon of sexual discrimination became more and more serious. This article reveals the condition of urban women's unemployment and the difficulties of re-employment by means of authentic investigation .On the basis of it, we put forward the countermeasures which could settle these questions, and hope they could offer references when government formulates the employment policy suitable for women's characteristic.
