摘要
本文报道了12个2-(烷氨甲基)-4-(7-三氟甲基-4-喹啉氨基)-5,6, 7,8-四氢-1-萘酚(Ⅱ)盐酸盐的合成.经鼠疟初筛表明,所有化合物对伯氏鼠疟原虫敏感株均有明显的抑制性治疗作用,其中8个化合物(Ⅱ_1,Ⅱ_2,Ⅱ_3,Ⅱ_4,Ⅱ_5,Ⅱ_7,Ⅱ_8及Ⅱ_(11)在5mg/kg剂量抑制率为100%,化合物Ⅱ_3在2.5mg/kg剂量抑制率为100%.
Twelve derivatives of 2-(alkylaminomethyl)-4-(7-trifluoromethyl-4-quinolylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-l-naphthols (Ⅱ) hydrochloride have been synthesized and screened for antimalarial activity against Plasmodium berghei in mice.Preliminary results showed that all compounds exhibited marked antimalarial effect.Eight of them suppressed parasitemia at 5mg/kg;compound Ⅱ_3 suppressed parasitemia at 2.5mg/kg.
