摘要
电子PCR (ElectronicPCR ,e PCR)现已是一种常用的核苷酸序列电子分析工具 ,它在DNA片段的染色体定位、基因组测序、基因组辅助作图、PCR引物辅助设计和基因的克隆等方面发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了电子PCR技术的原理、方法和功能及其相关的数据库和应用发展趋势。
The Electronic PCR(e-PCR) has been being as one of common electronic tools on analysis of nucleotide sequences. It plays important roles in the chromosomal localizations of the DNA fragments, genomic sequencing,assistance to genome mapping and PCR primer design, and gene cloning,etc. The principle, methods and functions,related databases and development tendency of the e-PCR technique were introduced in this paper.
