TM12232是TIAN-MA公司生产的一种小型液晶示器.它不仅可以显示字符、数字,还可以显示图形、曲线和汉字.文中介绍了TM12232与89C51单片机接口电路和外围A/D转换电路以及实现其波形显示功能的软件编程方法.
TM12232 is a small LCD produced by TIAN-MA company.It can not only show characters,numbes,but also graphs,curves and Chinese characters.This paper introduced the interface circuit between TM12232 and 89C51 SCM and the outside A/D conversion circuit,and the software programme method for realizing its wave showing function.
