高效液相色谱法测定胃炎停胶囊中齐墩果酸、熊果酸的含量

Determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Weiyanting capsules by HPLC

目的 :建立HPLC法测定胃炎停胶囊中齐墩果酸、熊果酸的含量。方法 :以SB C1 8柱 (4.6mm× 1 50mm ,5μm)为分离柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 水 (85∶1 5) ,检测波长 :2 2 0nm。结果 :齐墩果酸在 0 .36～ 1 .80 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9998,样品中齐墩果酸的含量为 3 .68% (mg/ g) ,其回收率为 :97.40 % ,RSD为 2 .1 0 % (n =5) ;熊果酸在 0 .36～ 1 .44μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9980 ,样品中熊果酸的含量为 6 .49% (mg/g) ,其回收率为1 0 1 .2 1 % ,RSD为 2 .40 % (n =5)。结论 :本法简便、准确、可靠。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Weiyanting capsules by HPLC.METHODS In the method SB-C 18 column as the stationary phase,methanol:water (85∶15) as mobile phase. the wavelength of detection was 220 nm.RESULTS The linear rang of oleanolic acid was 0.36 ～ 1.80 μg ( r = 0.9998 ),the content of oleanolic acid in samples was 3.68% (mg/g),the recovery was 97.40% with RSD 2.10% (n=5);The linear range of ursolic acid was 0.36 ug ～ 1.44 ug ( r = 0.9980 ),the content of ursolic acid in samples was 6.49% (mg/g),the recovery was 101.21% with RSD 2.40% ( n =5).CONCLUSIONS This method was proved to be simple, accurate and reliable.
